Michiel met up with the founders in Vancouver whilst he was in Canada for an Ironman race. He visited the restaurant for a tasting session and decided to invest on the spot.
This Canadian company makes meat alternatives with clean ingredients, with a very original taste and structure. They have a great team and ambitious plans. We can’t wait to welcome them in Europe as well.
